Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your Silver Seas product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility

Our satisfaction guarantee may be claimed once per customer, defined by the combination of customer name and shipping address.

You must provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)

  • Your order number and contact information

Refund Details

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • We will issue a refund for the full purchase price, plus any original shipping costs paid.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exclusions

  • The satisfaction guarantee cannot be applied more than once per customer.

  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase will not be eligible.
